@Marsha: I'm as confused as you! It appears to be a statue of a mentally unstable mother patching up her son's pants, sterilizing him in the process! The statue was set up in front of a tailor's shop... I'd steer clear.
I had seen its little statue at stores many years ago! but this one...!!!! Where is this ?

@Soodabeh: This one's in front of a tailor's shop somewhere in Amir Abad Street.
i would have settled on a more subtle concept for a piece of "public" art...it does make you stop and take notice!
